In-House Costume Collective
Decorate, festoon and bejewel capes, hats and skirts to replenish the costumes in OMB trunks at our various sites and to fill new trunks for new sites. For approximately 2-3 hours during lunch-time, volunteers can stop by a conference room set up with all the supplies by Only Make Believe employees, and use their artistic, inventive, crafty or just plain gluing skills to create one-of-a-kind costumes for our kids. No sewing skills are required, just some creative ideas! Volunteers can work on one project for a few minutes or spend an hour on more elaborate projects. All the costumes are donated to the sites which we serve. For more information, contact Maricha Miles at mmiles@onlymakebelieve.org.

Day 6 Party
Sponsor a party for the children in the hospital. We visit each hospital site for 6 weeks and the final day of Only Make Believe's stay is celebrated with the help of volunteers. Anywhere from 5-15 volunteers help decorate the playroom or performance area and then participate in the final show by helping the kids dress up and take part in the performance. After the show, the volunteers help organize & serve either an ice cream sundae party or a pizza party along with temporary tattoo area and/or face painting area.   If you are interested in sponsoring an Only Make Believe Day 6 Party, please e-mail Maricha Miles at mmiles@onlymakebelieve.org
