Only Make Believe is a non-profit organization that creates and performs interactive theatre for children living in hospitals and care facilities throughout New York City. Our vision is to bring joy and inspiration to as many chronically ill children as possible, across the United States and around the world.
Since 1999 we have served more than 25,000 children in the
New York City metropolitan area. Our six week interactive program
engages, inspires and empowers children living with chronic illness and
disabilities through the collaborative process of theater.
In March 2011, Only Make Believe conducted a trial
visit to Washington DC and plans to expand there in 2012. View the
